To strengthen their regional presence, we are looking for a Business Developer / Future Country Manager for North Macedonia — an entrepreneurial leader who will drive business growth, partnerships, and market expansion.About the Role
> As a Business Developer, you will act as a driving force behind the company’s commercial success in North Macedonia. You will develop new business opportunities, build a local client network, and gradually take responsibility for establishing and managing the local office as Country Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in a dynamic and innovative environment.Your Mission
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the Macedonian market
- Identify and build partnerships with key clients and technology vendors
- Promote IT infrastructure and business application solutions across industries
- Contribute to project delivery and ensure client satisfaction
- Establish the foundation for future growth of the local organization
- Cooperate closely with regional management and international teams
- Proven experience in business development or sales within IT or technology-driven companies
- Strong understanding of digital infrastructure, cloud, or business applications
- Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to grow into a Country Manager role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic and analytical approach to business growth
- Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise systems is desirable but not mandatory
- Fluency in English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage)
