Base Maintenance Planner (80-100%, all genders)

Become a member of our Maintenance Planning & Control team, let's create journeys together.

Tasks

• You own the backlog of major structural maintenance requirements and turn
  them into timely, executable work packages.
• You are reporting back data from external providers in our systems to enable
  the next maintenance steps.
• You inform make-or-buy decisions with data-driven insights.
• You partner with colleagues to oversee external providers before and
  throughout maintenance events.
• You drive continuous improvement by analysing event results and
  strengthening planning data, risk evaluation, and mitigations.

Requirements

• You have a commercial or technical education within the aviation maintenance industry or a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or production
  planning within a large organization.
• You speak German and English fluently.
• You are of curious nature, interested in learning, have good analytical skills and enjoy asking questions.
• You are committed and dedicated to your tasks.
• You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
