Are you an organizational talent with an eye for detail and a passion for excellent guest service? Take responsibility within a unique historical setting and become part of our team as Assistant Front Office Manager (m/f/d) at Schloss Leopoldskron in Salzburg!
WHO WE ARE
Nestled by a small, idyllic lake and surrounded by 17 acres of stunning grounds, Schloss Leopoldskron is a historic hideaway just minutes from Salzburg's Old Town. Built in 1736, our exclusive location offers 55 rooms, 12 palace suites, and two townhouses. With breathtaking views of the Alps and Hohensalzburg Fortress, we provide our guests with truly unforgettable experiences.
Schloss Leopoldskron is more than just a hotel-it's also the home of Salzburg Global, an international non-profit organization whose mission is to overcome barriers and open up a world of better possibilities.
WHAT WE OFFER
We are proud to offer our employees a range of benefits, including:
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You have professional experience in the front office, ideally in a managerial role, and have already gained extensive knowledge in the organization and coordination of hotel operations. Your service-oriented and hands-on mentality enables you to quickly respond to guests' needs and find solutions in daily operations. You are resilient and flexible, keeping a cool head even in stressful situations, and have the ability to assert yourself when necessary. Team spirit is as natural to you as a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. Additionally, you speak very good German and English; further language skills are an advantage.
At Schloss Leopoldskron, we are committed to providing a warm and inclusive environment for all our hotel guests, visitors, and program participants.
We are an equal opportunity employer and aim to be an exemplary international institution in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion of our workforce. In all of our departments, we are looking for employees who share our mission and values. We strongly encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds (including communities of color, the LGBT community and people with disabilities) to apply and join us in our work.
