Built in 1736, our exclusive location offers 55 rooms, 12 palace suites, and two townhouses. - Salary : starting at EUR 3.000 gross monthly (variable based on qualifications and experience) paid 14 times per year
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Being responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the historic buildings (Palace and Meierhof) as well as the technical systems
- Independently identifying and solving technical problems
- Supporting the Housekeeping & Facility Manager
- Supporting renovation and construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinating and supervising external specialists
- Contributing to the care of the garden and park, as well as preparation work for events
- Implementing Salzburg Global's environmental and sustainability goals
- Coordinating safety-related tests and maintenance
- Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, plumber) or several years of professional experience in a relevant skilled trade / facility management
- Experience in maintenance and repairs, preferably in historic buildings
- Technical understanding and craftsmanship skills
- High level of initiative and the ability to prioritize and implement tasks efficiently
- Team player with a willingness to collaborate and the ability to delegate tasks effectively to colleagues or external partners
- Passion for historic buildings and the preservation of cultural heritage
- Strong German or English language skills
