WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Being responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the historic buildings (Palace and Meierhof) as well as the technical systems
• Independently identifying and solving technical problems
• Supporting the Housekeeping & Facility Manager
• Supporting renovation and construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinating and supervising external specialists
• Contributing to the care of the garden and park, as well as preparation work for events
• Implementing Salzburg Global's environmental and sustainability goals
• Coordinating safety-related tests and maintenance

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, plumber) or several years of professional experience in a relevant skilled trade / facility management
• Experience in maintenance and repairs, preferably in historic buildings
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship skills
• High level of initiative and the ability to prioritize and implement tasks efficiently
• Team player with a willingness to collaborate and the ability to delegate tasks effectively to colleagues or external partners
• Passion for historic buildings and the preservation of cultural heritage
• Strong German or English language skills
