AFTER SALES MANAGEMENT
As an After Sales Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive Spare Parts and Aftersales Strategy for VISIT categories, with a particular focus on Cooling Appliances. You will lead price negotiations for Spare Parts within the VISIT Supplier landscape, ensuring optimal cost efficiency and value. Acting as a sparring partner for various markets, you will collaborate closely with Product and Strategic Procurement Managers to align objectives and drive success. Additionally, you will spearhead improvement projects within the After Sales Supply Chain, including the design, evaluation, and implementation of innovative repair and refurbishment models.
DOCUMENT AND PARTNER MANAGEMENT
You will create and review Business Process Procedures (BPPs) for After-Sales Systems, ensuring they are comprehensive and up-to-date. You will work to optimize the availability and accuracy of Spare Parts Lists and related analytics, enabling data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will handle partner management across multiple countries, maintaining effective communication and providing seamless support to ensure collaborative success.
DATA ANALYTICS AND REPORTING
You will develop and refine After Sales KPIs, integrating them into the existing KPI framework to track and enhance performance. Regularly analyzing market data for Spare Parts, you will identify opportunities to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency. You will also generate monthly reports, providing insights into After Sales KPIs and overall performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
SYSTEM AND PRODUCT SUPPORT
You will provide first-level support for systems and processes related to After Sales, ensuring timely issue resolution and smooth operations. Leading or participating in system enhancement projects, you will contribute to the evolution of tools and processes for the After Sales team. Your role will also include supporting additional product categories, driving optimization efforts, and contributing to initiatives that result in cost savings and operational improvements.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or After Sales Management with a background in project management.
Team leadership experience and working with international markets and regional partnerships.
Knowledge of structured project management, data analytics, and ERP systems like SAP MM.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills in English.
Degree in Business Administration or a related field with a background in procurement or after-sales management.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, global organizations with diverse stakeholders.
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
