About the role

As an Account Manager in the Dairy EUM segment for Central Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with our key customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow our dairy accounts by leveraging your expertise in the dairy industry and understanding of customer needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key dairy customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the dairy segment.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers on dairy products, ingredients, and processing methods.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, R&D, and product development teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives.
  • Problem Solving: Assist customers in identifying and solving technical challenges in production processes.
  • Training and Education: Conduct workshops and seminars for customers and internal teams on technical solutions and applications.
Qualifications and skills

  • Educational Background: Degree in dairy technology, food science, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the dairy industry, preferably in a technical role, R&D, or production.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of dairy products, ingredients, and processing methods.
  • Sales Experience: Experience in customer support and/or sales is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
