<p> Our client is a global reference in advanced digital solutions for the industrial sector. Their Software &amp; Solutions division builds a modern software ecosystem that connects online sales, production workflows and end-to-end operational processes for thousands of users worldwide. We are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineering Lead to define platform strategy, lead a talented engineering team and drive the evolution of a cloud-native, IoT-integrated platform. </p> 
Key responsibilities 
<ul> 
 <li>Define and execute the technology strategy for the cloud platform, aligning architecture with product and business goals.</li> 
 <li>Establish architectural standards, technical guidelines and best practices to ensure scalability and reliability.</li> 
 <li>Lead, mentor and grow the engineering team based at the site, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.</li> 
 <li>Hold end-to-end technical ownership of the cloud platform and its integration across the software &amp; IoT ecosystem.</li> 
 <li>Plan and coordinate major development projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.</li> 
 <li>Monitor technology trends and continuously improve engineering standards, processes and tooling.</li> 
</ul> 
<h2>Your profile</h2> 
<ul> 
 <li>Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.</li> 
 <li>Several years of experience leading software engineering teams and complex projects, preferably in cloud and IoT domains.</li> 
 <li>Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, microservices and modern development practices.</li> 
 <li>Proven leadership, excellent communication skills and the ability to make strategic technical decisions.</li> 
 <li>Proactive, results-oriented mindset and strong teamwork abilities.</li> 
 <li>Languages: <strong>Fluent English and Fluent German (written and spoken)</strong>.</li>
