Job Description
- Leading, motivating and continuously developing a team in the warehouse area
- Responsible for organizing and continuously optimizing warehouse activities with the aim of ensuring safe, efficient and smooth operations
- Ensuring the timely and accurate picking of all goods movements as well as carrying out SAP postings
- Acting as a point of contact for organizational and technical questions and serving as a central interface to adjacent specialist departments
- Actively supporting day-to-day operations and being responsible for inventories, stock checks and the consistent adherence to quality, safety and process standards
- Completed training in warehouse logistics, such as an apprenticeship/final apprenticeship examination or technical college qualification, as well as several years of professional experience with a focus on materials and warehouse management
- Experience in leading employees
- SAP knowledge and experience with the Stock Room Management (StRM) or Warehouse Management (WM) modules and automated small parts warehouses are an advantage
- Strong team orientation and enthusiasm for leading and coordinating your own team
- Excellent German skills and English skills are an advantage
- Valid forklift license
