Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
- Provide menu guidance and recommendations based on guest preferences
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-presented before and during service
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and respond to requests quickly
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient service during busy periods
- Handle payments accurately and follow cash/card procedures
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times
- Represent Seven North Vienna with energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Positive, energetic, and hands-on attitude
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Enjoyment of informal, personal restaurant settings while maintaining professionalism
- Strong relationship-building skills with guests and colleagues
- Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus
- Comfort working in a multi-lingual, multicultural environment
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills

Working hours: 15-30 hours per week
Salary: Competitive gross monthly salary of €2,088 for 40 hours/week (in line with the collective labour agreement; pro-rata according to actual working hours)
