University Assistant (PhD position)
Start date/duration:
In this position you work as a first stage scientist/researcher at the department of infrastructure, uinit for Intelligent Transport Systems (Transport Planning).You are expected to write a disseration in the field of transport planning. 50% of the working time is reserved for research and work on th thesis. A completed relevant master's, magister's or diploma degree related to mobility and transport planing is required. Very good skills in German language (spoken and written) are expected (level C1). Independence, ability to work in a team, communication skills.Please include a written outline of your dissertation proposal with your application (max. 5 pages)

The minimum gross salary (stipulated by collective agreement) for 20 hours per week amounts to € 1.888 per month (14 times)*. The salary will be increased to € 2.832 for 30 hours per week once the dissertation agreement has been signed and sent to the Personnel Department. The salary will be higher if you have worked in a similar position before.
