Electrical Engineer in the field of Facility Management f/m/d
As a passionate electrical engineer in facility management, you'll be in charge of operating, servicing, and checking electrical systems - from transformers to power outlets as well as access and security systems. Your organizational and administrative skills will help you efficiently handle and process maintenance issues. You'll also help develop, improve, and optimize various processes and workflows.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization and processing of service, fault, and maintenance activities for electrical engineering systems and equipment
- Technical and administrative support and management, as well as participation and assistance in the setup and further development of security systems for internal requirements (e.g., alarm, video, and access systems)
- General development and refinement of concepts and processes in the area of statutory inspection obligations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations, standards, and inspection obligations for electrical and general systems
- Analysis and development of potential optimization measures in the field of electrical engineering
- On-call duty in the area of facilities management and its technical systems
- Completed education (Apprenticeship, Secondary Technical College or equivalent) with a focus on electrical engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
- Experience with security systems (e.g. access/video/alarm) is desirable
- Basic knowledge of IT systems is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Office applications
- Structured, independent, and proactive way of working with a high degree of initiative
- Business fluent in German, good knowledge of English
- Class B driver's license
