Tech Lead & Development Manager

Your Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, development, performance management, and retention of members
• Perform line management duties while maintaining agile methodology
• Foster a support and inclusive environment that promotes learning from mistakes and encourages innovation
• Support open communication channels that allow for greater knowledge sharing
• Act as a member of an engineering leadership group (discuss topics such as recruitment, roadmapping, etc.)
• Act as local point-of-contact in coordination with partners from various departments (provide support for issues relating to devices, software, and personnel)

Your Profile:

• Fullstack development with 5+ years professional experience in agile/lean software development
• Knowledge of microservices such as Kubernetes
• JavaScript knowledge, especially using React/Vue, TypeScript and Node.js
• Professional experience with Golang, Java or Python
• Thorough understanding of testing approaches
• Relevant experience in line management responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and great team player
• Hands-on leadership experience
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken
