Your role
Are you a strategically minded sales professional with a knack for partnerships, performance, and profitable growth?
As Team Leader in Key Account Management Retail, you are responsible for the business results of your assigned key accounts. You implement our marketing and sales strategies effectively while ensuring excellent customer service.
Together with your team, you will proactively and competently support our customers according to clearly defined standards. In doing so, you will continuously develop our market position and sustainably strengthen the presence of our products.
Your tasks
For this position, we offer an attractive, competitive salary. If you meet the above requirements, you can expect a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 80,360 (based on a full-time position/38.5 hours per week, all-inclusive, excluding bonuses). A higher salary is possible depending on your qualifications and experience. We will discuss the final salary in a personal interview.

Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of a Retail KAM team, including coaching, target setting, and further development.
- You will be responsible for the business results within your defined customer portfolio. This includes implementing the country strategy at the customer level, managing it across functions, and ensuring continuous optimization through regular reviews.
- You manage and negotiate annual agreements with your clients and independently conduct strategic negotiations (e.g., price adjustments). Furthermore, you develop growth plans and innovative concepts, ensure cross-functional coordination, and bear overall responsibility for client plans, sales and revenue planning, and promotional strategies.
- You are responsible for internal coordination in all strategic customer projects, actively participate in international project teams, and lead meetings and decision-making processes.
- You will sustainably develop your customer relationships, continuously increase customer satisfaction, and implement modern partnership approaches to drive joint growth and value creation.
- You have a completed degree in business administration (focus on sales/marketing or similar) - an advantage.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in key account management, preferably in the food retail sector, including management experience.
- You possess a strategic and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of the market.
- You impress with your strong negotiation and implementation skills, as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality and excellent stakeholder management.
- You communicate confidently in German and English and are characterized by a strong team and networking mindset.
- You are proficient in using digital tools and systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
- You are willing to travel within Austria and possess a category B driving licence.
