Teamlead Accounting (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities

• Take care of ongoing accounting operations, including various closing activities and reconciliations (IFRS basis)
• Ensure SOX compliance, as a SOX control owner run timely and efficient internal controls, maintain process documentation, and support SOX audits
• Provide professional support to the team both in standard and complex accounting questions
• Track your teams KPIs
• Lead internal projects (process optimization, standardizations etc.)

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent education
• Several years working experience in Finance in an international environment
• Proven leadership experience
• IFRS and SOX know-how is a must
• Fluent English (working language), any other language an advantage
• Positive can-do mentality & Hands-on management style
• Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with different stakeholders

Our client offers an international, multicultural environment and an open-minded culture as well as an office easily reached by public transport and furthermore 2-3 days remote work. The salary for this position is negotiable dependent on professional experience and qualifications and will start from € 60.000,- gross per year (+ bonus).
