Team Leader Embedded Software Test (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities :

• Management and development of a group of experienced software test engineers
• Control of external resources in this area
• Estimation of costs and efforts for development projects in acquisition
• Close collaboration with other technical areas in an international environment
• Support in the implementation and control of the development processes and participation in their optimization

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in the field of software testing of embedded systems
• Initial experience in employee management desirable
• Very good knowledge of software development processes according to norms and standards for safety-related systems (e.g. ISO26262, SPICE)
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Occasional availability for business travel up to 10% (calendar year) worldwide.
