Team Lead Business Applications Delivery (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Be in charge of a team of 6-10 project managers to analyze business processes, create system designs and implementation projects for ERP, CRM and other business applications
• Be closely aligned with the operations team on resource and delivery requirements
• Contribute to strategic decisions affecting the business application landscape, in conjunction with the experts on the teamBe responsible for controlling the budget and ensuring sourcing from external solution providers
• Assure that work processes are conducive to cross-departmental collaboration and project success

Profile:

• Advanced training in information technology, business informatics or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience leading a team, with a focus on training
• Strong project management skills, experience with Prince2 a plus
• 8+ years of expertise delivering enterprise applications; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be a plus
• Business results-oriented and experienced in managing change to achieve them
• Very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken
