This is exactly where we need someone like you: as our new Spa Therapist (m/f/d) - either seasonal or permanent.

You will deliver exceptional spa treatments and create a relaxing and memorable wellness experience for our guests, bringing LOISIUM's distinctive world of wine, wellness, and hospitality to life. Working closely with the spa and hotel teams, you will ensure consistent, high-quality service while contributing to a holistic guest journey that reflects our brand values. In your role as Spa Therapist, you will play an active part in shaping how guests experience relaxation, wellbeing, and hospitality at LOISIUM.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments (e.g. massages, facials, body treatments) in line with LOISIUM standards;
• Create a relaxing and memorable wellness experience for guests, ensuring individual needs are understood and exceeded;
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment, including preparation of treatment rooms and equipment;
• Ensure all treatments and guest interactions reflect LOISIUM's brand values and service philosophy;
• Provide professional advice on treatments, products, and wellness recommendations;
• Support the daily operations of the spa, including appointment handling, guest requests and coordination with other departments;
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and collaborate closely with colleagues across the hotel;
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.

Your Profile:

• Completed training or certification as a Spa Therapist;
• Several years of experience in a spa, wellness or hospitality environment are an advantage;
• Strong understanding of body treatments, skincare and guest care;
• Passion for wellbeing, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences;
• Professional, friendly, and well-groomed appearance;
• Fluent in English; French is a plus;
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays;
• Open to working in the Champagne region (France), either seasonally or permanently.

We know that, besides all the great perks, you also need to get paid - right? The base monthly gross salary for this position is €2,300 (full-time). Your final salary will be discussed individually and will reflect your experience, skills, and level of commitment.
