The Role
We are looking for a Sous Chef, a Cook and a Junior Cook to strengthen a young, dynamic kitchen team. The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in running the kitchen; the Cook and Junior Cook run and support stations during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This is a good fit for chefs who like a friendly, family atmosphere and want to work in the centre of a famous Alpine resort.

Position Details
- Contract Type: Seasonal, full-time - from the coming winter season 2026/27
- Location: Kitzbühel, Tyrol, Austria
- Positions: 3: Sous Chef (x1), Cook (x1), Junior Cook (x1)
- Sous Chef: Deputise for the Head Chef, organise the brigade and rotas, control orders, stock and food cost, and lead service on the pass.
- Cook: Run a station independently, prepare Austrian and international dishes and ensure consistent quality.
- Junior Cook: Prepare mise en place, cook simple dishes and support the team on all stations.
- Hygiene: Apply HACCP rules and keep the kitchen, stores and cold rooms clean.
- Teamwork: Train apprentices and work closely with the service team.
- Experience: Completed chef training; for the Sous Chef role, experience in a comparable leading position. Junior Cooks with first experience are welcome.
- Languages: German is an advantage for working in a local team.
- Core Traits: Reliability, team spirit, organisation and a positive attitude.
- Work permit: Right to work in Austria: EU/EEA passport or a valid Austrian work permit.
