On behalf of our client-a global leader in the development and manufacture of high-end diagnostic medical ultrasound systems-we are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join their R&D center of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development & Implementation: Design, document, and verify software modules for high-end diagnostic ultrasound systems.

  • Innovation: Realize innovative ideas in close collaboration with local system developers and external R&D partners.

  • System Evolution: Further develop ultrasound software architectures using Microsoft Visual Studio.

  • Algorithm Development: Participate in the creation, testing, and optimization of algorithms for medical imaging.

Your Profile

  • Education: A degree (University/FH) in Software Engineering, Medical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Telematics.

  • Technical Core: Strong programming skills and experience in C/C++ within the Microsoft Visual Studio environment.

  • Advantageous Skills: Knowledge in C#, .NET, MFC, or WPF is a significant plus.

  • Mindset: An analytical thinker who works independently and thrives in a goal-oriented, cross-functional team.

  • Global Outlook: High level of commitment and the desire to work within a globally operating corporate structure.

  • Experience: Previous experience in medical device development is helpful but not mandatory.

  • Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
