Are you passionate about software-defined networking? Do you have experience in deploying and troubleshooting Cisco SD-WAN solution across multiple sites or do you have experience in designing, deploying, and managing data center networks using Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure)? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are looking for a Cisco SDN Specialist to join our NOC team and help us deliver agile, secure, and scalable network solutions for our enterprise, using Cisco technologies – with focus on software-defined networks. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco SD-WAN solutions across multiple sites and cloud environments. You will also provide technical support for managing Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) across multiple on-premises data centers and public clouds or hybrid cloud environments.

YOUR TASKS – AS DIVERSE AS OUR GROUP

  • Design, deploy, and operate Cisco SD-WAN and ACI networks using Cisco vManage, vSmart, vBond, vEdge, and cEdge devices
  • Configure and optimize routing, security, quality of service, and application policies on SD-WAN devices
  • Automate network provisioning, configuration, and policy management using Cisco ACI APIs and other tools.
  • Integrate Cisco ACI with third-party applications and services such as firewalls, load balancers, orchestration platforms, and cloud providers
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize network performance, availability, and security using Cisco vAnalytics, vManage, DNA Center, and Cisco ACI analytics
  • Implement and manage network automation and orchestration using Cisco NSO, Ansible, Python, and REST APIs
  • Integrate SD-WAN and ACI networks with multiple cloud providers such as Google Cloud, Azure and AWS
  • Provide technical support, documentation and guidance to the other team members on Cisco SD-WAN & Cisco ACI best practices and use cases
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in SDN, cloud networking, and Cisco products

YOUR PROFILE – AS STRONG AS OUR BRANDS

  • At least 2 years of hand-on experience in SD-WAN technologies (preferably with Cisco Viptela/IOS XE) or at least 2 years of hands-on experience in data center networking (preferably with Cisco ACI)
  • A CCNP or CCIE certification in Enterprise or Data Center track or other relevant technologies is a big plus.
  • Proficient in Cisco IOS-XE and IOS-XR operating systems or Proficient in NX-OS and ACI operating systems
  • A solid understanding of network protocols, architectures, and technologies such as EIGRP, BPG, VXLANs, EVPN, L3VPN, QoS, IPSec, MACsec, etc.
  • Familiar with cloud networking concepts such as VPCs, gateways and load balancers
  • Familiar with network automation tools such as NSO, Ansible, Python, and REST APIs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
