Your tasks
- Documentation and tracking of engineering order requests (SRH)
- Organizing sub-contractor specs (C-Specs) with the master data department
- Organizing and following up purchase orders for mask orders
- WIP tracking at subcontractor maskshops
- WIP tracking at subcontractor foundries for engineering lots
- Booking of mask cost to engineering projects
- Managing the internal and external mask archives
- High school diploma in business administration or equivalent
- General understanding of a semiconductor manufacturing flow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional experience with SAP, Ariba and related tools preferred
- Ability and willingness to work effectively within an international team
- Proficiency in German and English
