For this position, a minimum gross salary of € 2.832 per month (14 times) * . is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.

Start date/duration:
- as soon as possible
- for 4 years, possibility for a permanent position depending on requirement and performance evaluation

- 30 hours per week
Your responsibilities:
- Contributing to research activities related to the bidok platform (education, inclusion and disability rights)
- Project management and further development of the bidok platform and the digital library
- Independently delivering courses and supervising students on the topics of inclusion, disability and human rights
- Editorial work, public relations, communication and networking with stakeholders
- Delivering inclusive knowledge transfer and academic publishing in the fields of inclusion and disability rights
- Contributing to grant applications, conferences and publications relating to the University of Innsbruck’s inclusion projects
- Participation in academic events and professional development courses
- Assisting with organisational and administrative tasks
- A completed diploma or masters degree in teacher training, educational science or a related field
- Experience in project management and in the field of accessible knowledge transfer
- Knowledge or experience in academic editing or archival work (library catalogues, metadata, copyright, CC BY licences, URN)
- University teaching experience, ideally in the field of inclusive education
- Experience in public relations
- Knowledge of plain language, simple language and universal design
- Experience in the workplace integration of people with disabilities desirable
- Interest in or experience of interdisciplinary, human rights-oriented disability studies and inclusion research
- Very good command of German and English; knowledge of Italian an advantage
- Extensive IT skills, particularly in the field of digital accessibility
- High level of commitment, sense of responsibility, independence, ability to work in a team and academic curiosity
