Job Duties:
- Independent design and implementation of seminars and lectures in Bachelor's and Master's programs
- Independent political science research and publication activities. There is the possibility of obtaining a postdoctoral qualification.
- Supervision of bachelor's and master's theses and participation in examinations
- Participation in the institute's activities (e.g., scientific events, knowledge transfer, committee work)
- The successful candidate must hold a doctorate/Ph.D. degree in Political Science
- Experience in university teaching
- National and international standing in the political science research community (publications, conferences, professional associations)
- Communiacation and teamwork skills
- Very good German and English language skills (German: C1; English: B2)
- On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 5,014.30 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: B1)
