Start date/duration:

- for 4 years, possibility for a permanent position depending on requirement and performance evaluation
- Department of Psychology
- 20 hours per week
Your tasks:
- Independent organisation of courses and holding of examinations (8 semester hours)
- Assisting with research, teaching and administrative tasks at the Institute of Psychology
- Assisting with examinations
- Assisting with organisational and administrative tasks and evaluation measures
- Supporting students with academic theses in the field of qualitative research work
- Completed relevant doctoral or PhD studies in psychology, sociology or education (or in comparable disciplines, e.g. human geography) with specialisation in qualitative methodology
- Good knowledge of and practical research experience with common qualitative survey and evaluation methods as well as extensive teaching experience in qualitative social research
- Experience in mixed-methods research strategies is desirable
- Strong pedagogical skills and corresponding communication skills
- High level of motivation and commitment
- Organisational talent
- ability to work in a team
