Job Description:

Your tasks:
  • Independent teaching of terrestrial, predominantly organism-oriented courses in Bachelor Biology, Master Ecology and Biodiversity, Master Environmental Management of Mountain Areas and Bachelor and Master Teaching Biology and Environmental Studies (8 semester hours)
  • Organisational and administrative activities and (partly co-)supervision of Bachelor's and Master's theses
  • Collaboration in research projects
Your profile:
  • Completed relevant doctoral or PhD studies, relevant research experience in terrestrial ecological fields at least in the context of the dissertation, competence and experience in teaching courses in the field of terrestrial ecology with a predominantly organismic orientation
  • Desirable additional qualifications: Knowledge of data processing, research and/or teaching experience in the field of biodiversity (mainly alpine, species knowledge), nature conservation. Good evaluations by students desirable
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Ability to work in a team, organisational talent, independence, resilience

The minimum gross salary (stipulated by collective agreement) for this position amounts to € 2.466 per month (14 times) * .
