Start date/duration:

- for 4 years, possibility for a permanent position depending on requirement and performance evaluation
- Department of Psychology
- 20 hours per week
Your tasks:
- Independent organisation of courses and examinations (8 semester hours)
- Supervision of students with academic theses in the field of qualitative research
- Assisting with research, teaching and administrative tasks at the Institute of Psychology
- Assisting with examinations
- Participation in organisational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation
- Completed doctoratel or PhD in psychology or sociology or education with specialisation in qualitative methods
- Good knowledge and practical research experience with common qualitative survey and evaluation methods as well as extensive teaching experience in qualitative research
- Experience in mixed-methods research strategies is desirable
- Strong pedagogical and communication skills
- High level of motivation and commitment
- Organisational talent
- Ability to work in a team
