Job Description:

Your tasks:
  • Independent organisation of courses and holding of examinations (12 semester hours)
  • Assistance with research, teaching and administrative tasks
  • Continuing education
Your profile:
  • Diploma, state examination or Master's degree in Spanish philology/Hispanic studies or Diploma, state examination or Master's degree in another philological field of study (preferably Romance languages studies); domestic or foreign degree; near-native or excellent C2 competence in Spanish; knowledge of modern L2 didactic theories and methods; ability to teach courses independently and to supervise students; as well as willingness to cooperate in the organisation of teaching
  • High social competence; ability to work in a team; commitment to the subject and teaching; as well as independence and high communicative competence
  • Desired: Experience in university teaching in the field of Spanish language practice; knowledge of German (B1); proven active language competence in a Latin American variety of Spanish; as well as willingness to address different varieties of Spanish in teaching

For this position, a minimum gross salary of € 2.832 per month (14 times) * . is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
