Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop and implement wholesales strategy for Sandoz group
- Establish and foster preferred partnerships with key wholesalers
- Establish network of key stakeholders in wholesaler's business
- Scheduling and preparation of regular work meetings and meetings between wholesalers and Sandoz team
- Coordination of wholesales related projects
- Calculation of service fees and basic fees based on contractual wholesaler agreements
- Identify opportunities for Sandoz on wholesaler and customer level, achieve highest Customer Satisfaction
- Outstanding personal knowledge in the area of Pharmaceutical market, Sandoz priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key massages
- To implement with excellence the sales and marketing campaigns adhering to the relevant Codes of Practice/regulations
- Completed studies in business administration or natural sciences
- Medical and pharmaceutical knowledge, good understanding of the Healthcare Sector
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management with in-depth knowledge of the Austrian pharmaceutical market and the Wholesaler landscape
- Strong negotiation, presentation and project management skills
- Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
- Customer oriented working style
- Fluent in German and English
