SAP Practice Director – Serbia

APPLYOur client is an established international technology group expanding its SAP service portfolio in Southeast Europe. Due to the company’s continued growth, we are searching for a commercially driven SAP Practice Director to build and grow operations in Serbia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand SAP service operations in Serbia
• Drive business development and acquisition of new SAP projects
• Build, mentor, and manage a local consulting & delivery team
• Oversee delivery quality, project performance, and customer satisfaction
• Strengthen partnerships and support go‑to‑market activities
• Manage budgeting, profitability, and operational performance

Candidate Profile:

• Strong background in SAP consulting, sales, or delivery leadership
• Hands‑on commercial mindset with proven success in growing SAP business
• Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to win new projects
• Experience building and leading high‑performing teams
• Solid understanding of SAP ecosystems (ECC, S/4HANA, Cloud)
• Fluent in English; Serbian language an advantage
