Specialist MM/WM - BMW Distribution Centre CZ

We are hiring an experienced SAP Key User (Logistics Processes) who will:

• lead the implementation and optimization of physical logistics processes based on SAP WM/EWM,
• manage local rollouts and support series operations,
• collaborate with logistics service providers and BMW central offices (business & IT),
• serve as the first point of contact for system-related issues on-site,
• create training materials, conduct user training, and coordinate testing and go-live activities,
• and participate in cross-location collaboration with other BMW supply centers.

You can expect a varied role at the intersection of logistics and IT — with project ownership, daily collaboration in an international network. We are looking for a professional with:

• university degree,
• strong expertise in SAP (with focus on WM/EWM/MM modules), including customizing and problem-solving,
• knowledge of physical logistics and IT project delivery,
• a structured working style and experience in agile project environments (Jira, Confluence),
• excellent communication skills, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently,
• fluent English and willingness to travel.

Before launch, you will take part in several months of training in Germany to gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the processes behind BMW’s global success.
