The role

We are looking for the Sales Support Specialist for a fixed term contract until end of 2025.

You will serve as the central point of contact for local teams, providing hands-on support across both CRM system usage and customer-specific case management.

This role is instrumental in empowering the Sales team throughout the entire deal acquisition journey-offering strategic and operational assistance that drives success.

By managing sales data, generating actionable reports, analyzing performance trends, and streamlining sales processes, the Sales Support Specialist ensures that every aspect of commercial activity runs efficiently.

The role thrives on cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align efforts, optimize workflows, and fuel business growth.

Responsibilities
    • Empower sales teams by optimizing CRM usage-enhancing workflows, ensuring accurate data management, and driving efficiency across the board.
    • Serve as the go-to expert for all CRM-related support, including integration with calling tools in Austria, ensuring seamless user experiences.
    • Own the creation and upkeep of order forms, making sure they're accurate, up-to-date, and effectively support the sales process.
    • Collaborate across regions to share CRM best practices and spark innovation-contributing to the continuous development of Salesforce as a powerful tool for all markets
    • Drive impact in GTM meetings-deliver sharp updates, flag blockers, and push follow-ups forward.
    • Turn data into action-analyze sales trends, boost data quality, and fuel smarter decisions.
    • Partner with Finance-deliver reports and support upgrade programs with precision.
    • Own smaller client portfolios-from new contracts to seamless renewals.
    • RFI/RFP coordination-ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
    • Spot opportunities-identify pipeline gaps and uncover growth through trend and segment analysis.
Skills
    • Previous experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support functions.
    • Clear, confident communicator -able to explain complex ideas with clarity and spark curiosity through thoughtful questions and active listening.
    • Commercially savvy with a strong grasp of business flows and how technology drives results.
    • Execution-focused-delivers reliably against detailed plans and timelines.
    • Collaborative by nature, working seamlessly across departments and international teams.
    • Bold problem-solver-challenges the status quo and tackles complexity with confidence.
    • Salesforce-savvy with a sharp analytical mindset and a strong business orientation.
    • Fluent in German and English language.
