About the role

You will coordinate internal sales that support the EMEA business. Provide the required support to DACH customers and internal Sales teams to deliver best in market service to our customers and other stakeholders involved.

What you'll do in the role

Sales and Account Coordination (in-and external)
  • Complete and sent customer data forms incl. information needed to list products in customer assortment/database.
  • Prepare customer specific (FSDU) offers - NAM to check before sending to customer.
  • Solve customer price issues with NAM and/or customer.
  • Uploading A-plus content from DAM on customer websites (other than TOP-10 EMEA customers centrally managed by digital team Bussigny).
  • Prepare customer reporting for internal use and/or customer specific presentations.
  • On-going updating customer specific pricelists and/or DE and AT general pricelists.
  • Information sharing with customers and follow up on customer specific requests (thermometers packaging restate / legal / regulatory etc).
  • Follow up on customer orders and deliveries with OP/CC/NAM/customer.
  • Manage and control customer invoices related to post conditions in 2-pager / other customer invest.
  • Track and/or gain information about promotional activities (online/in-store/flyers).
  • Monthly customer sell-out data collection (Phonix/Noweda/MSD/Muller/Rossmann).
  • Provision calculations DE 3rd sales partners PSN/Hager/Medela.
  • Coordinate on-time customer print materials / catalogues, liase with marketing and customers (Megro, Walz, Hager catalogues).
  • Check if content catalogues, online content, print etc is correct and up to date according to guidelines.
  • Support to organize quarterly Pharmacy field-sales meetings.
  • Coordination of annual contracts in triangle customer / NAM / Legal incl. adjustments if needed and signature process.
Sales Tools (Internal)
  • Document sales process and procedures.
  • Prepare and participate in monthly Demand Planning forecasts sessions.
  • Manage and control on-going forecast + allocations in triangle DP, OP, CC, Sales.
  • Update ad sent customer 2-pagers to MDC.
  • Prepare and sent PPRF to MDC.
  • Search for product related info eg COGS, masterdata, NPD line-plans etc.
  • Translate marketing presentations in German language and tailor to key account decks.
  • Search/download sell-sheets incl. content/sales information and adjust if needed.
  • POS Management / Quarterly budget management-and control for participating customers.
  • Coordinate VAS details for supply chain / share required information with Operations team.
What will help you do the job well

🗝 Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years of sales, commercial support and/or planning operations
  • 3+ years active within commercial is a plus: FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Sports & Outdoor, Industry (Retail)
  • Extensive use of excel and rest of MS office
  • Commercial education with administrative and sales support experience in a multi-national company.
  • Fluent in English and German, oral and written.
