What to expect
As a Hologic Sales Specialist, you will be more than a salesperson-you'll be a trusted partner and clinical advocate:
- Drive growth and expand market presence across your territory by delivering against ambitious sales targets
- Build deep, long-term relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
- Act as a clinical and product expert, communicating the value and impact of our surgical solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, while maximising existing partnerships
- Create and execute strategic territory plans, ensuring focus on high-value opportunities
- Represent Hologic with integrity and professionalism, delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Stay ahead of healthcare trends, competitive activity, and regulatory environments to position Hologic as a partner of choice
- Proven success in medical device sales, ideally within surgical or operating room environments
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, buying processes, and healthcare systems
- Ability to confidently communicate technical and clinical value propositions
- Knowledge of the Austrian healthcare landscape is a strong advantage
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills-you can engage, educate and inspire
- Strong commercial mindset, from prospecting through to closing
- Ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities within your territory
- Skilled in problem-solving and objection handling
- Confident using CRM systems and digital tools to drive performance
- Passionate about improving patient outcomes and making a real-world impact
- Customer-focused, building trust and long-lasting partnerships
- Results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Valid driving licence
