Reporting to the Sales Manager South Germany & Austria, you will join the growing Sales Team of the German Branch - Special Paper Business Unit - and you will be focused on maximize sales results, furtherly develop our market share, and provide a superior customer service into the Austrian market.

The role designed for you:
Reporting to the Sales Manager South Germany & Austria, you will join the growing Sales Team of the German Branch - Special Paper Business Unit - and you will be focused on maximize sales results, furtherly develop our market share, and provide a superior customer service into the Austrian market.
- You will manage your customer portfolio, ensuring sales targets achievement and increasing margin contribution through volumes, price and product mix management
- You will act as partner of choice with customers, supporting them to identify solutions to their need through our paper
- You will be in charge to develop new business opportunities
- You will build long term broad relationships with your customers, boosting customer centricity
- You will ensure full and effective deployment of our commercial strategy, tailor making it to the local market
- You will attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
- You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Sales Management or similar fields;
- You have 5 years' experience in Commercial roles, possibly if in B2B sectors
- If you have Previous experience in Paper Industry or Packaging/Printing sector it will be considered a strong plus
- You have a demonstrated track record of working in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc..)
- You have strong analytical skills, with ability to develop different insights on the market/business
- You have a Commercial attitude and strong customer orientation
- You are an High energy person, with a teamworking approach & excellent communication and people skill
- You are able to work and deliver results in a complex environment, with tolerance for a certain degree of ambiguity.
- You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Based in: East Austria, ideally Salzburg area
