Today, a large share of our pipeline comes from inbound demand, warm leads, and product-driven interest. At the same time, we are building a more structured outbound motion for the Polish market.
To support that next phase, we're looking for a high-performing SDR who can operate across both worlds: move fast on warm inbound demand and help build a repeatable outbound engine into the right ICP.
This is not a passive lead-follow-up role. We want someone with intensity, ownership, and strong commercial instinct.
Your role
You help generate pipeline for the Polish market across two motions:
You speak with decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, qualify opportunities quickly, and convert them into strong meetings for Account Executives.
You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve scripts, messaging, follow-up logic, and qualification quality.
Goal: create more qualified pipeline every week, both from existing demand and from structured outbound testing.

- help build and scale outbound into selected ICP segments
You speak with decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, qualify opportunities quickly, and convert them into strong meetings for Account Executives.
You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve scripts, messaging, follow-up logic, and qualification quality.

What you'll do
- Work warm inbound leads with high speed and discipline
- Call, qualify, and book strong meetings for AEs
- Help design and test outbound messaging into selected ICPs
- Research target accounts, buyer personas, and relevant buying signals
- Run multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels we test
- Keep CRM hygiene, notes, and follow-ups clean and consistent
- Run clean handoffs to AEs with clear context, pain points, and next steps
- Share objections, patterns, and market feedback with Sales and Marketing
- Help improve scripts, qualification, and pipeline generation over time
- At least 1 year of experience in SDR, prospecting, telesales, or a similar sales role
- Strong phone presence and real comfort with calling
- High activity level, structured execution, and strong follow-up habits
- Commercial sharpness: you can quickly tell who is worth pushing and who is not
- Curiosity for product and technology, with the ability to learn fast and explain value clearly
- CRM experience is a plus, especially HubSpot or similar tools
- Native-level Polish and strong English
- Startup or scale-up experience is a plus
- High ownership, resilience, and strong bias toward action
- €45,000-€70,000 OTE annually (base + uncapped commission), depending on experience
