- Various administrative tasks such as keeping statistics, creating monthly reports, maintaining programs and platforms
- Supporting the entire sales and event team in administrative and operational activities
- Conducting house tours and supporting events on site
- You are jointly responsible for selling our event rooms and room contingents to customers and business partners
- Quotation preparation and system maintenance
- Completed training in the hotel industry, ideally already professional experience in Event & Sales in the luxury hotel industry
- Positive charisma, confident appearance, empathy and a good feeling for our demanding guests
- Communicative personality and a high degree of initiative for independent work in a dynamic team
- Good computer skills
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
