THE TEAM You will be part of the Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, working closely with the Bar Manager and partnering with Service, Culinary, and supporting departments. This role collaborates across the hotel to ensure Rosewood's service philosophy and brand standards are consistently delivered at the bar and across all guest touchpoints. YOUR ROLE As Bartender, you will be an essential part of the guest experience at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. With creativity, craftsmanship, and a passion for hospitality, you will create memorable bar experiences that reflect our Sense of Place philosophy. Your presence at the bar will be both welcoming and engaging, delivering exceptional service and personalized moments for every guest. HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE * Prepare and serve beverages to the highest quality and presentation standards * Create memorable guest experiences through personalized, attentive, and intuitive service * Actively engage with guests, building warm and authentic connections at the bar * Contribute to the creation and evolution of cocktail menus and beverage offerings * Maintain excellent knowledge of products, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic options * Ensure the bar area is consistently clean, organised, and fully stocked * Manage stock control, inventory processes, and ordering * Collaborate closely with Service, Culinary, and other departments * Uphold Rosewood brand standards, service rituals, and hygiene requirements (HACCP) * Handle guest feedback and requests with professionalism, confidence, and care COULD THIS BE YOU? * You have experience as a Bartender, ideally in luxury hospitality or upscale bar environments * You are passionate about mixology, high-quality products, and guest engagement * You bring a strong service mindset and attention to detail * You are confident, charismatic, and enjoy interacting with guests * You have solid knowledge of classic and modern cocktails * You are a team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * You are flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays * You possess very good English skills; German and additional languages are a strong advantage OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard - and valued.
