Resident Engineer (Location: Croatia)

Core Tasks/Responsibilities:
● Work from site for the client/investor
● Supervision of and issuing of instructions to the contractor
● Regularly reporting (weekly/monthly basis)
● Responsible for tendering, procurement and cost efficiency for several projects.
● Participation in audits, optimization projects etc.
Who do we need:

● Work experience: from 5 years in a similar position
● Higher education in civil engineering, construction or similar
● Strong knowledge in analysing data, concrete in finance & controlling issues in construction projects
● Hands-on mentality and getting things done approach!
● Strong Communication & Organization skills
● Readiness for business travels
Other skills and abilities:

● Fluent GERMAN language and knowledge of

written and spoken English

are a must have criteria!
● Very good communication & presentation skills, high sense of responsibility, stress tolerance
