- Define and execute the CEE sales strategy in line with global objectives.
- Drive profitable growth across all products and business units.
- Build strong cross-country synergies and joint commercial initiatives.
- Lead and mentor Sales Managers across all CEE countries.
- Build a strong, performance-oriented sales culture.
- Identify and develop high-potential talent within the region.
- Acquire new regional and multinational customers.
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts and support strategic customer visits.
- Promote "One-Face-to-the-Customer" through close cooperation with Product and Country Management.
- Oversee regional pipeline quality, KPIs, and forecasting.
- Ensure CRM discipline (SUGAR) and transparent reporting.
- Collaborate with Product and Finance teams to shape pricing and commercial guidelines.
- Align CEE with global sales frameworks and initiatives.
- Partner with Tender Management, KAM, and Marketing on regional topics.
- Represent the region in global sales projects, committees, and leadership meetings.
- Regularly visit CEE countries (monthly rotation) to stay close to teams, clients, and local leaders.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of commercial experience in freight forwarding (Air & Ocean required).
- Proven track record in leading international or multi-country sales teams.
- Strong commercial knowledge with the ability to balance growth, profitability, and operational capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional CEE languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the CEE region.
