Job Description
Main objectives:
- Quality support during the development phase Hardware/Firmware/Software
- Continuous product improvement Hardware/Firmware/Software
- Continuous improvement of processes and the management system
- Assuring product quality along the supply chain
- Complaint management
- Implement proper corrective and preventive measures
- Reduce field returns
- Collect details to complaints/field returns
- Align all relevant departments and schedule action items
- Provide or create root cause analysis (depending on nature of the root cause)
- Provide 8D reports
- Manage sample collection
- Align replacement parts with Planning Dpt and Logistic
- Execute supplier audits
- Continuous improvement of product quality, process efficiency and the existing management system
Education
- Technical degree in the field of electronics/communications engineering (HTL, FH, TU)
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company or testing department desired
- Experience in designing internal processes and improving management systems
- Good understanding of test and manufacturing processes for electronic devices
- Fluent German and good knowledge of English
- Ability to work in a team
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
