Responsibilities
Als Projektleiter*in übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für komplexe, abteilungsübergreifende Softwareentwicklungsprojekte im Umfeld unseres Campus-Management-Systems CAMPUSonline. Sie steuern interne und externe Projektbeteiligte, verantworten Reporting und Controlling auf Rektorats- und Ministeriumsebene und gestalten aktiv die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden und Zusammenarbeit.

- Ressourcenplanung und Steuerung einer Area
- Durchführung von Projekt-Statusgesprächen sowie Review-Meetings mit der Area- und Geschäftsleitung
- Organisation, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Workshops und Projekttätigkeiten
- Unterstützung bei Qualitätssicherung sowie Weiterentwicklung von Methoden im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
- Aktive Mitgestaltung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (Teamarbeit und Arbeitsmethodik)
- Inspirierendes und vorbildhaftes Führen von Mitarbeitenden in Programmen sowie Förderung einer leistungsstarken und motivierten Arbeitskultur
- Abgeschlossene oder fortgeschrittene Ausbildung, wie z.B. HTL, HAK, AHS mit IT-Schwerpunkt, Fachhochschule/Universität, eine vergleichbare einschlägige Qualifikation, oder äquivalente berufliche Praxis
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Theoretische und praktische Projektmanagement-Skills
- Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von kleinen Projekten und Teilprojekten
- Viel Erfahrung in Organisation, Abwicklung, Moderation, Protokollführung und der Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen aus Workshops
- IPMA Zertifikat D-Level (bzw. Vergleichbares wie z.B. pma, PRINCE2 Practitioner oder Black Belts) von Vorteil
- Analytische Auffassungsgabe, hohe Lernbereitschaft und Neugier an komplexen Zusammenhängen
- Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie Selbständigkeit und ausgeprägte Selbstorganisationsfähigkeit
- Teamplayer*in mit sehr guten Ausdrucksformen und Communication Skills
- Gewinnendes Auftreten, Durchsetzungskraft und Argumentationsstärke mit ausgeprägtem Einfühlungsvermögen
