- Abwicklung von Projekten am gesamten JKU-Campus
- Vertretung von Nutzer*inneninteressen in allen Planungs- und Bauphasen
- Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei referatsübergreifenden Projekten
- Technische Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam
- Angebotsprüfung und Verifizierung von Vergabevorschlägen
- Termin- und Kostenverfolgung
- Berichts- und Dokumentationswesen
- Technische Fachausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, HKLS oder Hochbau
- Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung
- Erfahrung in der Baubranche
- Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse
- Ganzheitliches technisches Denken (gewerkeübergreifend)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Deutsch Niveaustufe C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveaustufe B2)
- On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) with at least 3 years of creditable previous service the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 3,390.30 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIIb, level 1)
