We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of € 58,000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.

Project Engineer - Aerospace (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Project engineering (development of software applications, scripts, configs, tooling)
- Recognize and solve problems as reported by customers related to our products
- Work directly with the engineering department to troubleshoot and resolve product issues
- Perform maintenance on lab products
- Provide trainings on products and technology to customers as well as internal stakeholders
- Work closely with Sales Managers to offer solutions for customer needs
- University degree in technical engineering (TU/FH, e.g. computer science, electronics, aerospace engineering)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with embedded systems and software development in C
- Development skills in Python development
- Experience with Linux; Ethernet; VxWorks is of advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (USA, Europe, Japan)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
