APPLYOur client is a highly successful company in Photovoltaic (headquarter in Austria) and develops, realises & manages globally alternative investments in the strong photovoltaic growth sector. For the location in Italy /Jesi (Hybrid possible) the following high potential position is available:Your Job:
  • Supporting the team leader of the project development team Italy in all project-related tasks to ensure the success of the project
  • Responsibility for deadline tracking of milestones and work packages in the project, among other things in our project management tool to guarantee a regulated project development
  • Reviewing business plans and calculations for PV projects during the project development phase. Changes in the calculation can occur from the start of the project, through the authorisation process to the approval of the projects.
  • Supporting the team leader in the budgeting of projects.
  • Documentation and administration: Maintenance and administration of project documents, contract management, documentation of project progress, preparation of project reports and presentations for ground-mounted photovoltaic projects in Italy, ensuring data quality and digitisation of documents.
  • Coordination with Accounting Italy as well as preparation and coordination of notary appointments.
  • Further development of processes, data storage and checklists.

  • Your Tasks:
    • Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration or finance or commercial training with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and experience with Google Earth.
    • Fluency in English and good German skills
    • Experience with calculating and reviewing business plans.
    • Experience in coordinating projects and process development.
    • Communicative and team-oriented personality.
