Project and Process Manager - Sales & Logistics (m/f/d)


Main tasks:

  • Ensure Sales & Logistics Process-Applicability per Entity
  • Organize, prepare and lead Process Community-Workshops with local & divisional Process Owners, Process Managers and Key Users and document Workshop-Outcomes (Process Requirements)
  • Prepare Options for Process Solutions together with IT, align identified Process Challenges and coordinate Decision making
  • Define Test Cases, perform extensive Testing of Applications in-use and document Test-Results. Enable, onboard, train local Key Users during RollOut-Activities (User Acceptance Testing, Migration, GoLive) & Operations
  • Act as a catalyst for IT Team in fixing Bugs, in general Optimization of Applications in use as well as for Testers in performing Tests
  • Design and document TO-BE Sales & Logistics Processes and keep all Documentation up-to-date
  • Create Training Material (User Documentation) for Applications in use in collaboration with IT


  • At least 2-3 years professional experience in a comparable position (e.g., business analyst, product owner, process manager, etc.)
  • A good understanding of data models and how different software modules interact in an ERP solution
  • Solid knowledge of sales & logistics processes; preferably in productive industrial company
  • Experienced in SAP Core Modules – with Focus on SAP SD
  • Well-organized, independent, strong hands-on and 'getting things done' mentality
  • Willing to travel for up ~ 30% on average
  • Fluent in English for both verbal and written communication
