The Production Technician is a key role in industrial manufacturing, positioned between production, engineering, and quality management. This role combines technical expertise with process-oriented thinking to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize new technologies and production processes
• Monitor and ensure quality standards and process stability
• Optimize equipment utilization and improve machine performance
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams

Requirements

• Completed technical training in production technology, mechanical engineering, mechanics, or similar fields
• Experience with ERP systems
• Analytical thinking and strong process understanding
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Solution-oriented and innovative mindset
• Interest in sustainable production
• Language skills: German (B2) and/or English (B2)
