Employment in Austria
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise, education, and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
- Ensure manufacturing & warehouse loading on time and closely monitor material availability.
- Coordinate with various departments such as procurement, production, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor the production process to meet few or no delays and ensure deadlines.
- Analyze production specifications data to maximize production output.
- Review and adjust the schedule where needed due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or otherinterruptions.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of necessary materials for production.
- Create and submit status and performance reports, collating and interpreting data on the production plan's progress.
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff.
- HTL/ HAK degree
- Proven experience in production planning.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
