RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
  • SHORT-TERM PLANNING

    In this role you'll take over the short-term global production/procurement planning using the Advanced Planning and Optimizer tool. You'll also be responsible for short-term material availability in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • DATA QUALITY

    A smooth process requires a high data quality. Therefore, you'll ensure the data quality for all planning related parameters in our Planning Tools and Master Data Systems. You'll also track and monitor NPIs.
  • MATERIAL SPECIFICATION

    You'll ensure that materials are produced within specifications by managing material specifications in several master data systems (eg. SAP MDG-M) and communicate to internal and external stakeholders.
  • ANALYSIS

    Furthermore, you'll analyse actual versus plan data with respect to demand, supply and quality and take corrective action if necessary.
  • LONG-TERM PLANNING

    Together with the team, you are also responsible for the accuracy of the global long-term production/procurement planning and its associated needs for visibility items, packaging, and raw materials. The long-term production/procurement planning serves as input for further related planning activities.
  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

    To continuously develop our planning processes, you'll apply your planning skills and system know-how (e.g. SAP MM/PP, SAP APO or master data systems such as SAP MDG-M) to support/lead supply chain projects.
EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • German and English fluent
  • 3 years' experience in Supply Chain Management (ideally in the FMCG industry)
  • Experience in state-of-the-art planning processes and systems (eg. SAP APO)
  • Interested in working within a fast-paced environment, within a global organization
  • Strong analytical skills and fact-based decision making
  • Open minded, collaborative and solution oriented
  • Focused and Proactive
  • Very good interpersonal skills - Team player
  • Degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Operations Management or similar alternative education/qualification with relevant professional experience in the field
  • Travel 0-10%
