- Act as communicator and facilitator between Supply Chain Management and dedicated production areas (inhouse / external)
- Develop and improve data management and reporting
- Drive and contribute to process improvements
- Own and run regular review meetings
- Manage priorities, emergencies and excursions
- Monitor and report out supply plan fulfillment (Plan versus actuals) and drive counteractions
- Monitor and report out planning parameters (lead time, on time deliveries,) and drive corrections
- Define factory loading plan scenarios and the build plan, and drive decision making in conjunction with the Sales and Operations Planning (SnOP) team
- Work closely together with the factory's line control and with the global master planners
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree focused on manufacturing, planning, logistics, preferably business administration or supply chain
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a supply chain, logistics, planning or manufacturing environment
- Experience with reporting software / planning tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI, SAP, Oracle,..)
- Experience in production control or line control, preferably in electronics / semiconductor manufacturing
- Team player with strong communication abilities and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English; German is an advantage
