The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has a vacancy based in Vienna, Austria, for Production Assistant in the Public Relations & Information Department.
Main Responsibilities
Typesetting various reports such as the Annual Report, internal reports and OPEC Bulletin
Preparing and updating background information, screens, badges and nameplates for meetings and Conferences
Preparing various brochures and booklets for internal and external use
Assisting other staff in processing information as required
Carries out any other tasks assigned by the relevant superiors as pertain to his/her background, qualifications and position
Requirements
Secondary school certificate plus special courses
Work experience: 3 years
Skills and Knowledge
Layout programs (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Printing techniques
MS Office
Communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation
Initiative and integrity
Proficiency in written and spoken English; German is an asset
Offer
Monthly basic salary of (€ 3,946 x 12 per year), with tax-free benefits and six-week annual leave.
